Let us know if there was a mistake in your order and it will promptly be corrected by sending out the correct item. If anything was damaged during shipping, please let us know right away within 3 days by sending photos of the item and the packaging to Lisa@WildRiverTrading.com and we'll get a replacement right out to you.
Each item is handmade to your specific wants and needs (color of garment, size of garment, as well as the design). Even though your item may not be personalized, it is still custom to your needs! This means, no returns, and no exchanges. This also ensures each item you receive is brand new, and never used.
If you need any help at all with sizing, there is a different size chart available for every type of top we offer. You can find those featured in the photo section on every listing page. Please be aware that all size smalls (or mediums or larges) are not made the same. Manufacturers and styles will affect the sizing. The size chart is your best friend, in this regard.
I do understand it can be hard to purchase clothing online, I am always there for you! I always stand behind my clothing and mugs. If I made a mistake with your order, please contact me within 3 business days of receiving the package. I always want to ensure you received everything as ordered. I am only human – mistakes can happen!
